A successful fundraising round does not stop at equity. It can unlock access to public and private non-dilutive funding, significantly increasing the capital available to your business.
The principle is simple: the better structured your round, the more funding schemes we can activate. Every euro raised in equity can unlock several more in additional funding, without further dilution.
Non-dilutive funding.
From validating an innovative project through to commercial launch, Bpifrance offers a range of solutions that evolves as your company grows.
National and regional programmes designed to fund strategic R&D projects.
Bank loans and revenue-based financing, used alongside a fundraising round or to accelerate growth.
Loans and grants for large-scale deeptech and collaborative projects.
Non-dilutive funding does not happen by chance. It needs to be planned in advance, in line with your fundraising timetable and technology roadmap. That is why we integrate it into your wider funding strategy: equity, innovation tax incentives and financial management.
We have spent years on both sides of the table: as investors assessing opportunities, and as entrepreneurs securing funding. This dual perspective is what sets us apart: a comprehensive understanding of funding schemes, close relationships with funders, a clear understanding of your needs and a streamlined process designed to save you time.
