Within a multidisciplinary team with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you'll leverage your skills in growth, automation, and data analysis to work closely with both the sales and production teams. The role has two main components: a growth marketing side (acquisition campaigns) and a tool development side (automation, AI agents deployment, database management, etc.)
Your mission will be to support the most promising startups and tech companies. You’ll be responsible for co-driving the valuation of their R&D, building trusted relationships with the founders in your portfolio, increasing Flag’s visibility within the ecosystem, and coordinating Flag’s internal resources and partners to help them succeed.
